Yes, I know Men and Women see Sexual Harassment differently! But this happened to me, and was wondering what your reaction would be if it happened to you?
If a man this is openly gay, and he gropes your butt? Seriously, his took a groping handful of my butt area. Not just a passing by mistake, an actual groping of my butt? This made me feel uncomfortable even though I know he is gay. How do you think you would feel?
I took my concerns to the openly gay manager; he stated he was just messing with you he did it to get a rise out of you. Seriously even if he was messing with me I felt uncomfortable and don’t think he should have touched me, it made me feel very uncomfortable, and insulted the he did it.
Even though I know he is gay, does that give him the right to touch me? Working together for a very long time, my complaint is in the way he touched me, it was very uncomfortable to me, as well as unwelcome touching to my body.
Although I am not the only one, after talking to the other female co-workers all women told me that he has touched them as well.
But because he is gay they don’t feel like it was sexual Harassment! What do you think?
