Destined for Fatness...

Really being happy with your weight is slim pardon the bun…

Being told you need to lose weight, breaks us down inside,
breaks our natural spirit.  Hurts our
feelings, makes us feel less than worthy.

So are some people genetically destined to be heavy or over
weight?  Both of my Grandmothers were
heavy in their later years, thin when they were young, but so was I. So am I
destined for fatness?

This is to all husbands, wives and others out there, quit
telling your mates they are fat; quit telling them they have settled in their life,
quit telling them that they don’t care how I look.  Putting your mate down, not excepting them
for the person they are and not what you think they should be, hurts.

While overweight people may find comforts in fatness, being
told you can lose weight is serious, and it should be up to you and only you…

There are a lot of reasons for it, depression, some use food
as an escape.  Some have health problems,
that such as thyroid that goes undetected for many years.

Some days you wish you looked different, and really you don’t
think you are overweight.  Some days not
hearing your fat may lead to the will power to lose weight for yourself.  When being reminded by someone how heavy they
are, it makes them feel hopeless, and is left feeling defeated.  Then they think why even try!?

Life is amazing, our brains work against us sometime, we don’t
know the truth, or we know the truth, but our minds let us believe what others
are saying is always true, even if it isn’t.

These factors play part in how you lose weight and even if
you wanted to, pressures of life, mates, loved ones, etc.

So in saying all of that, it is you and only you that has to
decide if you need to lose weight, in this Barbie world our mates think we
should look a certain way, act a certain way, and be what they want us to
be.  This isn’t true, be you and only
you.

If you’re happy, be happy, defeating the stereo type, of
what a perfect mate looks like and it is up to you, and only you.

Be yourself, your one of a kind, and your own best friend.

There are models that just look like they are sick, they are
so skinny.  You can see their ribs, bones
etc. They look dead, or malnutrition has set in.

Having meat on your bones is good, and yes I do believe
that. If you look at painting from the pass, those women or men weren’t skinny,
they had meat, something to hold on to.

Being told you heavy can also lead to eating disorders that
are awful, feeling guilty for eating and throwing it up, what  is the point, man I love a hamburger
sometimes, but wouldn’t dream of eating it and throwing it up, but these
disorders are anorexia and bulimia and they take over a young life and run with
it.  And where does it start?

Things like Hollywood, looking and acting a certain
way.  Our mates are attracted to someone,
and want you to look like them, seriously, you have to be yourself, and yes I
will repeat this often.

Reading magazines, looking at the models, you’re not a
model, if you were you wouldn’t be reading this, you have to be yourself.

The images the world puts out there are advertisements why? To
get you to look, and wish, that was what you looked like! You have to be
yourself.

The title was just to grab you into reading this, our world
need a different image of what we should look like, our children, our adults,
are at stake.

So actually are you destined for Fatness? Don’t listen when
someone tells you you’re heavy; don’t listen if your happy with who you are, you
have to be yourself, you are the only one that can do that, you are unique and
one of a kind, and there isn’t another like you…A quote from my Mother…Thanks
Mom…
